Noordyk Business Equipment is a service center for Konica Minolta, Brother, Challenge, MBM and many more!
All NBE service technicians participate in ongoing training for mid-range to high-range equipment. All Noordyk Business Equipment technicians are required to complete the Konica Minolta Outward Associate Program, an in depth general line training program, within the first 6 months of hire. From there our technicians are given the opportunity to constantly participate in ongoing education related to our product lines.
Our service center exists of technicians who are specialized in Production Print Equipment. These technicians are trained and educated to provide service specifically on production print equipment by attending an in-depth 2 week long training and continue this training when new models are introduced to the industry.
IT service technicians are responsible for the networking aspect of delivery and installation of equipment. They coordinate with customers to set up and prepare their network for installation. Our IT techs have gone through special IT training and are capable of helping customers trouble shoot network problems over the phone.
